Integrative Nutrition Therapy for a Better & Healthier You (Essence of Holistic nutrition)

As a Nutritional Scientist and Registered Dietitian, Vince Ziccarelli of The Nutrition Wellness Medic aims to broaden the scope of how we view nutrition and its role in wellness. Nutrition is more than the food on our plates or the calories we consume. Rather, nutrition is the foundation for natural healing and disease prevention. It is this principle that inspired us to develop a new way of thinking. We call it Integrative Nutrition Therapy (INT). This exciting method responds to each person's unique biochemistry and combines the four pillars of wellness: nutrition therapy, psychology of eating, personal training, and the sensible use of natural health products. This form of therapy is the essence of holistic nutrition modalities.

  3. Strategies to combat emotional and psychological stressors affecting your eating patterns.
  4. How your genetics may affect your ability to metabolize and burn fat, carbs, and proteins.
  5. Whether you are truly meeting your body's requirements for vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, fiber, and carbohydrates.
  6. Where nutritional imbalances occur within your body, and how it may be affecting your health.
  7. Healthy use of supplementation and which supplements are evidence-based to get results vs. unproven supplements that offer little or no benefits.
  8. To eat for energy, endurance, and recovery when exercising.
