What to Expect During
Your First Visit?
You will be consulting with a nutrition specialist that has a Masters of Sciences degree in nutrition with years of clinical and preventative nutrition experience. The center’s approach is integrated in nature thereby looking at the root cause of poor health. The first consultation is typically 1.5 hours in duration. This consult involves a detailed review of your health and nutrition history, and a close look at your nutrition patterns. Nutritional imbalances will be assessed in relation to your health goals.
Once a customized nutrition treatment plan has been developed for your unique needs, follow up consults will be scheduled to ensure you reach your health goals. Follow up consults include nutritional modifications, and further evaluations of your progress. |

What is Integrated Nutrition Therapy?
Integrated Nutrition is a form of nutrition therapy that addresses the root cause of health imbalances. This form of therapy uses in-depth nutrition assessments to develop a tailor-made program to meet each client's unique nutrition and health needs.
Each client will receive an in-depth nutritional symptomatology and a nutrient intake report, showing areas of nutritional imbalances related to their health.
Under the guidance of a highly skilled nutrition expert, nutrition strategies will be made to correct for any imbalances. Many health conditions can dramatically benefit with this form of nutritional therapy.
