Simple Exercises to Strengthen and Tone Your Arms

The key to toning your arms is to incorporate lightly moderate weight dumbell exercises in your daily exercise routine. Every other day do 15-20 reps of dumbell curls and dumbell extensions, with a light to moderate weight that allows you to complete 15-20 reps, for two to three sets. Be mindful of your technique, take time to do it right, and your will get the best results. With consistency over time, along with proper diet and cardio exercise, you will soon notice your arms becoming toned and lean.
