WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO DIETITIAN AND NATUROPATHY  CONSULTING REQUIRE, AND HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED ?

You may pay with credit card, cash, cheque or etransfer. There is also the option of financing that you may register for to cover your nutrition wellness program if you are on a tight budget, inquire with the practitioner to learn more about this option. Whatever your financial position may be, there are options available to help you attain the support, so you may reach your goals with peace of mind. 

For most clients, The Comprehensive Consult is the foundation to their customized nutrition plan catered to their unique wellness goals. This consult includes initial nutrition and medical history screening with assessment by Dr. Vince - to shape the customized plan. Thereafter, the customized plan will be mindfully designed to address each clients goals and lifestyle. The plan will then be explained in detail to each client with opportunities to ask questions for the best clarity. Supportive tools and resources (i.e. meal plans, recipes, nutrition tracking logs, pantry lists, etc.) will be provided to guide each client for optimal success. The package includes weekly email support to help with compliance, to troubleshoot and overcome any unforeseen obstacles which is critical for success. The comprehensive consult package ranges from $400 to $800 depending on the level of support required to reach each clients unique wellness or nutrition goals.

Snap Shot Consult for simple trouble shooting of your wellness and or nutritional goals. For those clients that may just prefer trouble shooting with their nutrition and or wellness goals, there is the option of hourly consulting to overcome gaps with success. This fee is based on an hourly consulting rate of 150$/hour. Most Snap Shot Consults range from $150-$300 depending on the extent of support required to address the gaps.        

Free 15 Minute Pre Consult is available and encouraged for all inquiring clients to have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Vince and discuss how the programs work, what consult may be best for each client, and for any questions about their goals and or options that may work best for their particular lifestyle and budget.

WHAT IS A REGISTERED DIETITIAN/NUTRITIONIST?

Dr. Vince Ziccarelli is a certified naturopath and registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN). A registered dietitian/nutritionist has at least a minimum of a 4 year University degree in nutrition, a one year clinical nutrition internship and has passed the 6 hour national certifying exam by Dietitians of Canada. Registered dietitians are the foremost experts in diet and nutrition therapies. Dr. Vince has his bachelors, his masters, and doctorate degrees in the field of nutrition and alternative medicines. His high level of formal education, his thesis research in nutrition and natural medicine, his experience in the field of nutritional research, along with his many years of working with challenging cases - have formed a strong foundation for helping his clients attain success with their nutritional goals.

Most third party insurance covers the services of both a registered dietitian/nutritionist or that of a certified naturopath. If you have coverage for either a certified naturopath or a registered dietitian you would most likely be covered when seeing Dr. Vince Ziccarelli. You would have to inquire with your third party insurance, most dietitians are usually covered under paramedical services. Another option would be to claim the services of a registered dietitian as medical expense tax credits that may be applied for savings when filing your yearly tax's.
