Is it a Food Reaction?

If you have been feeling not that great for a while and your doctor is having a hard time figuring out the cause then there is a chance that there might be an element of food reaction going on. Food reactions are not a novel concept, even Hippocrates the father of modern medicine stated that "one person's food may be another person's poison".

So in other words, food intolerances have been recognized in medicine for thousands of years, and many people are often suffering with some form of food reaction and live with it simply because they are unaware of the connection.

I have worked with countless clients that once pinpointing the food reaction, their lives and their health was transformed for the better. With the use of a systematic elimination diet, I can figure out the exact dietary intolerance, which is usually 1-3 foods at the route.

Then a customized nutrition plan with alternate food options are recommended to ensure nutrition balance and quality for the long term.

Conditions such as IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, depression, and even weight management improve dramatically. So, if you are feeling that there might be a food reaction issue that you need to address, reach out to an integrative dietitian that specializes in elimination diets, it will be well worth your time.

bute to any known medical cause.
